IGN: Assassin's Creed: Revelations is Bigger Than Ever

After two games of traversing the streets of Renaissance Italy, Revelations first big jump in scale is taking the game to Constantinople (not Istanbul -- yet). Ezio can nimbly cross the dozens of domes dotting the skyline of the Byzantine city -- where he previously stumbled on rounded surfaces. The city is enormous and split into sections accessible by ferry.

I'm glad. I'm stoked to continue the story of Ezio and Desmond and possibly Altair.

Personally I think AC got the best story this generation.

IMO, its the best series this gen. It breaks away from being a conventional video-game and instead crafts and creates a universe alongside our own. Yes games like Uncharted and Gears and Skyrim are fun to play, but thats because they are video games.

Assassin's Creed defines itself as an interactive experience set in pseudo-history. It does one thing many video games rarely do, it EDUCATES you. It teaches you about historical settings, people, and civilisations which could only be briefly glimpsed at in films or books. Here we pretty much get to relive (much like the Animus itself) history in a sense.
