Did Minecraft's C418 Steal LittleBigPlanet Music?

Dualshock Nexus: Well Minecraft 1.9 Pre-release 2 was released recently and there's one particular song that sounds almost exactly like a song from LittleBigPlanet. The question is, did C418 steal the song?

no way can this be a coincidence. note wise, yes, there is an outside chance that you may well accidentally come up with a similar idea and construction, but the sounds and instruments give this away as a complete copy

Who cares if they sound the same. He can't get in trouble for it. The same reason people don't get in trouble for doing covers which is what it essentially is.

That's the thing, It's not a cover. He renamed it his own.

Edit: Doing a cover means playing the song with your own style, with the SAME name.

I reckon that these guys know each other and maybe did a sneaky collaboration together just to get everyone spoked. Because they also have the same name, this, makes it... very freaky.

I wonder if there is some stock music tracks that they both grabbed from somewhere? If not, that's something that could easily be argued in court as copying.
