I currently play Gears 3 often, especially after the 60 FPS Boost. Gears of War is my favorite gaming franchise, and the Locusts are the coolest faction in history. Gears Judgment will always be a disgrace for not having the Locust in VS multiplayer.
GoW 3 and Judgement were the last installments before the series went woke and soulless. I'm level 50 in GoW 3 and LOVE it's multiplayer to death. It's just so crispy.
The Xbox 360 is one of the most successful consoles ever made, and the best games in its library are a huge part of why.
That is the most "normie" list that I ever saw. This does make some sense given the console in question, but still.
Sure, the list itself sucks. But that click-saver table-of-contents, every list should have that.
Might as well list it as the One's top twenty as well since all it had for games was backward compatibility.

Uncharted 3 looks better.
Until I play Uncharted 3 Ghost, Gears of War will be goty in my opinion. The graphics are beautiful! down to the lighting of the damaged city.

I know uncharted is a good game and i will buy it too because i enjoy to play but 4 players campaing and an online experiance like Gears, just Gears give me that.
I'm not a 360 fan, if Gears was ps3 exclusive i will say the same.

All these skeptics havnt played gears 3. Go get a 360, buy gears 3, then come back and say its not the best game this year. This game is amazing in graphics and how much action going on at once with 4 player co-op, its insane. Add to that beast mode, hoard mode, arcade mode, online, bots, what more could you ask for? I always liked gears but it was never one of my favorites, this game made me a believer. Most epic game ive played and the best looking game ive seen on consoles. Epic really knocked this outa the park.
