Inspired by ico, except its not going to be released on any playstation platform. Knowing the majority userbase of n4g, its probably not the best place to ask for support XD.

Does this site allow people to advertise for free on their site? I see this article as more of an ad than news. They're asking for donations for their game. I see another posted article like this for a second game. Why would gamers want to put down $10 on a game in the early stages? A game like this will probably never end up getting made.

It seems that 23 people have donated a collective sum of $776 so far. Not bad.

The game probably won't be made if it doesn't reach its goal:

"THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE FUNDED IF AT LEAST $8,500 IS PLEDGED BY MONDAY OCT 24, 12:00AM EDT."

They way kickstarter works is if we don't meet my goal the pledges don't actually get charged to anybody...so you have no risk that you pay but i don't get enough to go forward. Check out the kickstarter site for details...it really is a cool concept!

Update: We're now at about $5,000 as I write this...well on our way today and still a month left for the funding drive.
