BloodRayne: Betrayal Review - Critical Hit!

Critical Hit!: "If you’re a gamer who longs for the days of classic Nintendo hack-and-slash platformers, a time when gameplay didn’t involve so much hand-holding—when figuring out the right way to defeat each type of enemy without taking damage involved a good deal of trial-and-error (or consulting a guide), and games didn’t always have difficulty settings to let those lesser players waltz right through the game—then you’ll love BloodRayne: Betrayal.

However, if like me you hold no nostalgia for games that required so much dying-and-retrying, and mastering all the little nuances of your character’s movement in order to minimize the amount of damage taken from the waves of enemies dropped on you, then you’ll probably want to look elsewhere."

Oh boy, I was just looking at the original 2011 yesterday, and told myself " I couldn't beat it back then, but maybe I can now ". And this shows up xD

Vengeance11381367d ago

This is only worth a buy with the new desperately needed rebalanced difficulty. Thank God that was addressed.

i don't see orange box listed in this backwards super sale

mark_parch2918d ago

for some reason you have to buy it on an actual 360 or go to the xbox store website

I ordered:
Dark Void
Feeding Frenzy 1 & 2
Ghost Busters Sanctum
Earthworm Jim HD
Jurassic Park
Shadows of The Damned
Rtype Dimension

Bigpappy2920d ago

Feeding frenzy is so easy to pickup an play. Perfect for people who never even played a video games and never used a controller. I play if when I don't feel like being bothered. Or if I have a child to entertain. Fun with my lady and she doesn't really play on a controller.
