Ive been thinking about this game. The demo was amusing, but is it actually worth $60?

Which begs my next question, a lot of people on the actual article are calling this a "Poor mans Gears of War"..... how can that be when they are both the same price?

I was really surprised how good this game is. I don't own it yet but a friend has it and I went and played it this weekend. The game is really cool and I am definitely buying this!

Hmm, maybe ill have to pick it up when its on a sale. There are just to many other big name games coming out soon that i want a whole lot more.

I got the game and while some do not like the length of SP which can touch about 6~8 hours depending on how you take it. I found it to be interesting because it wouldn't be too heavy for those not familiar with 40k universe so a whole lot of lore isn't thrown at you.

MP on the other hand I find nice but the fact that you have two game modes and five maps throws some people off as well. I guess I'm a bit of a sucker for 40k so I rather enjoy the MP and really enjoyed the SP. It does have some problems but Relic is supposed to be throwing out a patch soon to take care of some of these issues.

Not to mention you have Exterminatus coming next month which is basically 4 player co-op mode. So you can certainly wait and see how A. The patch goes and B. The Exterminatus goes.

Interesting. I have dabbled in the 40k universe a little bit here and there, but i definitly cant call myself a raving fan. The universe has drawn me in a little here and there. So as stated above ill keep my eyes open for a sale or something.

That Exterminatus update sounds cool tho.
