They're original images, just inspired by Minecraft. Just because they remind you of Minecrat doesn't mean it's illegal, they look NOTHING like Minecraft's characters, just have that vibe. I wish my anger at you could be expressed more, as you need to lighten up on you're false "copyright" knowledge.
It is coming to all consoles, I guarantee you, but obviously the 360 will have a timed exclusive, and they will make some features exclusive since the 360 has Kinect. It will be easy to get it on the wii and ps3, especially since they both have very similar controls. Obviously, people will still play with the traditional controllers. It should be good, can't wait. Hope they have a MMO version, with private servers on the side.
I wouldn't be surprised. I would be surprised if it is exclusive to the 360 on consoles. Third party exclusives are going the way of the dodo. It is all about timed exclusives because it is still profitable for the console manufactures and still as profitable for the game designers. But like b_one said I think this is a misunderstanding. There was a competition not to long ago where you could create your own.
This is true iamsupeman. The days of going after 3rd party exclusives are few and far between. Gone are the days of Sony getting games such as Grand Theft Auto for exclusive deals like they did during the PS2 era. They had timed exclusives back then some people seem to forget. The battle now will be DLC.
There are plenty of third party exclusives out there.
Yakuza series. Disgaea series. Valkyria Chronicles series. White Knight Chronicles. Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Ni no Kuni. Alan Wake. Kinect and Move games. Many upcoming games on 3DS and Vita.
Ironically, third party exclusives are commonplace on Sony platforms even though they have the largest wealth of first party studios producing games too. Noticeably, many of them are from Japanese studios... interesting!
microsoft strategy of timed exclusives is why i dont own their console too think they pay money so their competiter gets it last is bad business model.. they should be spening that money on opening up new studios..
It sucks sometimes when us PS3 users have to wait for a PSN game but usually when we do it get it is like their version of a GOTY Edition. It is usually packed with extra content, and the bugs are fixed, so that is a plus to having to wait.
Everyone knows about Minecraft, everyone will buy it. Hell, even the really shitty Indie game FotressCraft did downright disgustingly good on 360! Please show how PS3 would have an advantage, I'd love to hear this story, bro.

Damn good point, however it is on that phone because it has been confirmed for the Android operating system, not because of some special deal with sony.

Xbox is the wrong market for minecraft. I know way more ps3 owners that want minecraft than Xbox owners.
