Beta Code Contest: Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One - Are You a Team Player?

Would you like to play Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One this weekend? We will be giving out some beta codes on Saturday. The game is set for a release date of October 18th and you can get your hands on some gameplay, a whole month early!

Insomniac Games' new installment to the Ratchet & Clank series, features a four player cooperative multiplayer mode, which will allow four players to take the game online for some coop mayhem as Ratchet, Clank, Qwark, and Doctor Nefarious.

Can you work together as a team and escape from the Creature Collector to get back home? The beta will allow for some single-player action to allow the players some alone time with the game, before it's launch next month!

The beta runs through September 27th and it is a very limited public beta. We are giving you an opportunity to be one of those who can show us that they are up for the challenge!

To win a beta code for Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, just tell us your greatest experience using teamwork. Whether it is game related or not, we will be selecting the best stories, so be creative.

I remember, when I was young, we would go to a local place to eat dinner and they had a Gauntlet arcade. Every time we went to eat there, my parents, my brother, and myself would get our quarters ready to play Gauntlet. I know that we never beat it, but I can only imagine what the other families thought, as they sat there and watched a family yelling and cheering as we had a blast playing together.

The Evil Within Deserved More: A Great Horror Series Left Behind

The Outerhaven writes: While I hold Bethesda's The Evil Within series as some of the best Survival Horror games available, it's clear that Bethesda has no intention of revisiting the series. While Capcom is still working on its Resident Evil series, I look back at the now-dead survival horror series from Bethesda, wondering why the series was left wide open, and yet still not revisited.

An OK horror series left behind. It had some great ideas, but it never knew how to play to its strengths. Instead, it came out like just another RE4 clone.

I would love for a third entry to come out, but it needs to learn to lean in on the psychological aspect and move away from the generic "pew pew" ideology at the center of the gameplay loop. It doesn't need to abandon it; it just needs to put it into better context, is all.

Also, try a first-person perspective instead. Too many 3rd-person games with nothing to offer but an avatar taking precious screen space. At least make it an actual option and not that janky-ass mess the second game pretended to have.

PS5/Pro/Switch 2 version of RDR2 seems most likely. I’d love a RDR3 but that seems years away

Id be happy for just a 60fps patch

Agreed, but at the same time RD2 came out in 2018. Could it be a remake of Red Dead 1?

Spoiler:

Marston died in the end of Red Dead and Red Dead 2 is set before that. Im curious now. What news could it be?

Their contracts are iron clas if they leak anything legit they are threatened with immense legal action.

My hopes for what this is are minimal its probably a meet and greet with the cast

I dont see why they would be involved in a upgraded version of rdr2 when the dialogue hasn't changed

He seems to have been cleared to do this as he purposely picked up the game, streamed it, and made the announcement.

It will come out in another 1000-2000 days or so. I’d rather they remake Morrowind. After they added quest arrows, sprint button, making stats lesser and the big nerfs to spells Elder Scrolls has been too simplified. They could change that with ES6 but I don’t have much faith in modern Bethesda. I would love to be wrong
