Thank you Xseed, again. I can never forget what you did for me as a gamer, bringing all those games from Japan that normally wouldn't even see the light overseas, but you still did. In a way, Xseed is like Working Designs from back then BUT withOUT the DELAYS. Thank you, thank you, thank you very much. I'm so happy, Xseed got us covered again. :-D

Oh wow. I read this manga and I didn't ever think a game like this would come to America. Bunch of little preteen schoolgirls/boys getting brutally murdered and tortured in various ways by the supernatural.

That being said, I'm playing it for sure.

I played the Japanese version last year, and whilst it was extremely frustrating to play (thanks to it being made on RPG maker), it was pretty scary for a cutesy pixel adventure game.

Didn't even know that was possible.

I would recommend this game though, uncovering the mystery is very satisfying, there are several very exhilarating moments in the game and it does provide multiple endings for replay-ability.

Though too bad it's only digital download, it's understandable since the PSP is dead everywhere except Japan... where great games keep coming out for it (or ones that have yet to leave the country).
This is going to be one hell of a game!
EDIT: Some info on the game if anyone wants to know (taken from Tom himself)

It started life as a doujin (indie) PC game released in chapters, and received a few PC updates and fan sequels and remakes and such, then was eventually picked up by 5pb for a full-on PSP remake encompassing all chapters of the original story + some PSP-exclusive content (+ updated visuals and music, and the addition of full, professional voice-acting).

Didn't RF5 already release in Japan half-baked and full of framerate and loading issues? Did they fix anything?

Story Of Seasons (And Success) - An Interview With XSEED Games' President, Ken Berry

From The Gamer: "2020 was a banner year for video game publisher XSEED, releasing nine different titles over the course of the year while exceeding previous highest-sales and fastest-selling records worldwide. This is all especially impressive given the fact that it happened during such an unprecedented year for the industry.

2020 was also the first time that I played a game released by XSEED, Granblue Fantasy: Versus, which led to me playing even more titles including Ys: Memories of Celceta, Kandagawa Jet Girls, and Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, the latter of which ended up as one of my top-ten games 2020. I’m officially all-in on XSEED titles and I can’t wait to experience everything that the Marvelous subsidiary has planned for this year."
