Isn't that always the case? I was expecting it.

Blacktric3102d ago

Sure. But now at least we have a solid confirmation about it.

Apparently decisions you made in Jade Empire will also play a role in Mass Effect 3. What an unbelievable game this is shaping up to not being.

That comment makes no sense. This is supposed to be good news?

I was just being sarcastic. I was just emphasising how many different choices there will be in the game because the player's experience will be heavily influenced by past decisions. I think this is brilliant news because I've played both games with the same Shephard so far.

On a side note, I wonder if you didn't blow up the facility at the end, will you be able side with Cerberus in the game? I don't think so as I think they're one of the main enemies but it has to be influential somehow.

It's usually the case with the main games, but DLC rarely seems to be something impactful, and to my knowledge, this is the first time a sequel has offered something like this.

Hopefully you can pursue a relationship with Kasumi Goto

Disccordia3102d ago

I think judging from her loyalty mission kasumi will have a big role to play somehow

Nothing surprising there . At least two dlc are either key or "sequel" events . Of course thme3 will deal with liara and the shadow broker affair , and of course it would deal with ME2's dlc epilogue .

Seems also obvious to me that Dlc chars would be more fleshed out , as their lackluster dialogue outside of their missions was only a result of being dlc .

The once again annoying part is key end game decision are still trivial in a way once again .

It didnt matter much what you choose about the council in me1 , with the story on auto pilot , shipping you off away from their territory , and hardly dealing with the council .
And it's equally frustrating that me2's big end decision will still lead toward the same path it seems .

I can only hope that earlier big decision from me1 and 2 at least make a far bigger impact and are addressed . LIke truly showing what the choice about the council from me1 could lead to .
