Bioware: With Mass Effect 3, Commander Shepard’s story is complete

I finished mass effect 2 again today so I'm pretty hyped for this now, I wish I didn't have to wait

I actually hope Shepard sacrifices himself in ME3, it would only be fitting. Start the next trilogy off with a new character and maybe keep some of the current ones in their too, just to make it seem familiar.

I suspect that might be an ending but I doubt it's the only way Shepard will go.

I agree eaither he/she sacrifices themself, or maybe take the role of new human councel for the galaxy and thats how they still are worked into the series and you can still see them.

After another three games the whole series should end with you during the last mission taking up as Shepard again for one last time.(makeing it epic with music and everything.)

I can't wait to get Mass Effect 3. I just restarted Mass Effect and once I finish that I will go back through Mass Effect 2. This is easily one of the best new IPs this gen and I'm glad I got the chance to play them.

Hope they keep making mass effect,i just got my "No one left behind" tropie! a few hours ago.Bioware games are always good but dragon age 2 was a step back but still it was ok* wish it was more like dragon age tho.I really like the universe of mass effect but i wish you had more mission it's like as soon as you get you're last squad mate the game ends i was hopeing that there where some more missions like the last one where you had to use you're all of you're squad mates strategically in a single mission in order to win.i cant wait to see whats in store for us and i hope they keep making ME games or make a new knights of the old republic thats not a mmo.

Still a big Geth fan the way some of the ai moved in the first game was sweet, the sound effect when they talked for me they are still one of the best looking sci fi enemies ever made movie or game.

Continuing the universe is fine but I really want a resolution to this arc. Meaning: bye-bye Reapers, thank you Shep for saving the galaxy, roll credits and done. Like many others I have an emotional "investment" in Mass Effect and I want a big payoff. Whether I "invest" in future titles will greatly depend on the quality of ME3 and resolution of the story.
