Mechanic Infantry is a 2D platformer developed by Slak Games. Your role is comprised of standard gaming conventions, disaster has occurred and it’s your job to save the land, mostly. Slight twist, you’re a TV set with a wrench and it’s your job to save your friends while you power up your generators to get your infantry fighting again.

"They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery if that is indeed the case then our beloved Meat Boy must be downright embarrassed at the amount of praise Mechanic Infantry is piling upon it and somewhat dismayed at the result. However, for the sake of this review, I am going to attempt to cast my comparison based assertions aside, and try to give the game the best possible reception (the main character is a TV so that is actually a hilarious, if poorly set up, pun)."
