The anime was like really really crappy but the designs are really good for a fighting game. And you can bet it'll be good if it's Arc System Works the ones making it.
The anime isn't that bad, its just not a heavy action anime. The fights in the anime are pretty good, its just there's more story / back story / slice of life to it. The second season is pretty good so far.
As for the game, curious if it'll come state side.

Aren't they making a Persona fighter for the Vita? If I'm not just imagining that, it'll be the only reason I need to buy a Vita. Nura, however... I don't know what that is.

Nurarihyon No Mago is quite a good Manga/Anime. Hope the game is good as well.
