What the heck did all of this controller whining come from? We used to play on any and every controller thrown at us, awkward or not. How did any of you ever survive with an NES or Genesis controller?

It has just occurred to me just now why games are so easy as opposed to 8 bit, 16, bit, and 32 bit days.

Back in the day, there was only a shared computer with vacuum tubes for an entire department. Today, everyone has a cell phone, laptop, a tablet and many of you multiple game consoles.

I have 2 for the ps2, not sure about the ps3 though. They used an extra USB to power the fan and had a switch to go off, low, or high power.

I dunno if a controller that bends is such a good idea when you're trying to mash a button as fast as you can. The controller flopping about would prove awkward.

I want a controller that has nice grip, but doesn't hurt you in the process. Most of the controller skins I've tried just feel weird.

I have changed my right (camera control) analogue stick to an indented one similar to the 360's sticks and my left (character control) stick to one with little balls of grip on it. It stops my fingers from slipping and the right one has good control.

Cant wait to see a flexible latex controller. That way when you get pissed off at a game you can toss it against the wall without breaking it.

Lol that's a great idea actually, I've lost too many a PS3 controller to raging at some moments of games.

The PS controller is already one of the worst ergonomically controllers on the market this gen, there isn't much you can actually do to the controller to make it better, however I never thought you could take a ergonomically incorrect controller and actually make it worse....But here it is.

The DualShock (1, 2 and 3) are the best controllers ever, I think.

Oh don't get me wrong, I am not saying nobody should like it. It'a all about what feels right in your hands.

I am saying that it is a fact that the PS3 controller is the more ergonomically incorrect controller this gen. Ergonomic wise, it's a terrible controller that has not changed since the PS1 which during those times, ergonomics were not a primary study when it came to gaming controllers. But 3 gens later, there is no excuse to not have R&D research a proper ergonomically correct controller.

The PS controller is an outdated design that dates 15-20 years ago. I assure you, Sony's next controller will be different. You will see.

If you still don't believe that I am right about the PS controller, answer me this, why are 3rd party controller makers make 360 controller clones for use of the PS3 but don't make controllers that are clones of the PS3 for the 360?

Its too bad the razer onza TE doesnt work on ps3, its a decent controller, if ya get one that works, first one i had drifted up on the right analog. got it replaced and the new one works a treat. Was hoping that it would get a update or fix so i can use it on ps3 too.
