iAX: "Yukkuri Panic: Escalation by Rolling Star revolves around the story of Rie Komatsuzaki who moves away from home because she fell in love with her home tutor, but then found out her stepmother was having an affair with her tutor. To escape from this situation she decides to transfer to the all-girls Catholic academy St. Yale."
Unigamesity writes: "The Visual Novel / Eroge genre seems to be losing popularity on the Western markets – or at least it is losing the interest of game developers. However, with true classics released in the past (Bible Black comes to mind first, followed closely by True Love) the genre proved that there is still some high quality left behind all the mature gaming elements."
iAX: "Who says that visual novels all need to have melodramatic and thought-provoking storylines? Sometimes all you need is a little yukkuri. First announced several years ago at Anime Expo, Yukkuri Panic: Escalation has finally reached “Golden Master” status and is currently being processed at the printers."
Not a huge fan of yuri, but if the story is as amazing as the review suggests, than I'll just pass the yuri off as a bonus :)
Also I wonder how many people in Japan are Catholic. I don't get to see any real ones in anime or manga haha
I'm totally getting this. Seems more involved than most eroge.
