OXM UK: "Namco Bandai has unshipped five new Ridge Racer: Unbounded screenshots, showing what exactly happens when you run a big muscly car into a big muscly wall."
Are those in game shots? Because if they are, it's shaping up pretty well. I haven't bought a racing game for so long and seeing that Criterion don't seem to be bringing a proper Burnout anytime soon I may keep my eye on this.
Saw a presentation for this. You can literally drive through 12 concrete pillars in a row without slowing down.
This definitely looks like it's gonna be a nice driver game. I just watched the trailer for it and it looks to be pretty fast paced. Looking forward to it! Unfortunately, no official release date yet.
ridge-burnout-blur-etc. stop messing around and just give me a proper ridge racer game (like RRT4) and I will be happy.
"Namco Bandai has unshipped five new Ridge Racer: Unbounded screenshots, showing what exactly happens when you run a big muscly car into a big muscly wall." - It looks like s#$%. Are we back in 2006? This game looks dated. Burnout sh#$%s all over this and it came out in early 2008. Those crashes look horrible. Well I guess you can't expect much from such a horrible racing series. One of the worst racing series ever in video game history.
