Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One Is Destined For Co-Op Greatness – Developer Interview

Joel Taveras writes, "During a recent Sony holiday preview in NYC we had the chance to get up and personal with a bunch of the biggest titles of the fall. And although the room was filled with AAA core experiences (which I did enjoy), it was Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One that truly grabbed my attention the most. The Ratchet series has been great for some time now but for the most part its been a very lonely experience. With the latest entry into the series that is all about to change. Take a look a at the video interview below as Chad Dezern from Insomniac breaks down everything you need to know about the developer’s entry into cartoon co-cop mayhem."

This is my most anticipated PS3 game but it's gotten lost in the hype of the big, fall releases. Really looking forward to the 4 player co-op.

I refuse to get excited for such a shitty franchise.

Are you kidding me? This is a Sony exclusive! You need to get with the "Nazi'ish" program here at N4G. All things Sony rule! WhoooooO!

Its destined to be a 7 hour, EASY mode default game with a normal mode unlock once you complete it. R&C went downhill for me this generation. ToD was too easy, google it and everyone will agree. CiT was too short and easy. Google it, because im sure you never played it since it doesnt sell as much as COD.

Have to agree personally, I really haven't enjoyed the R&C games of this gen because it all feels the same and I don't find things like the environments and whatnot as fun. The PS2 games were absolutely ace and had everything, good platforming, great and innovative new weapons, great humour, great and memorable cities such as Metropolis. The platforming is still good but I just don't enjoy anything else in it, cities aren't as memorable or fun to explore or play in, humour is still there but not as much as it used to be and the weapons just sort of bore me now (I mean how many RYNOs have there been now despite the fact that every single time it is "the most rare and most dangerous and most banned weapon in the galaxy"? I enjoy using it but that phrase got old a long time ago and so did the novelty of it).
