The Average Gamer: Lewis' UFC Personal Trainer Diary - Week 4

In the first 3 weeks of his UFC 30 day challenge, Lewis had lost a total of 5kg in body weight. However, this week he faced his biggest challenges yet. Illness and a monstrous abdominal exercise called "Sprawls."

This is what Lewis had to say:

"You know that feeling when you wake up one morning regretting doing something the night before? This was kind of like that. It seems my idiot decision to try and work through the illness had left me feeling worse. A lot worse."
