Capcom is full of shizznit.

DarkCharizard_5089d ago (Edited 5089d ago )

You got my money.

Just release it for PC this time.... or else!

ChineseDemocracy5089d ago

It's almost not even worth buying Capcom's "first edition" games; they've literally released a revamped version of every Crapcom title this gen.

AntoineDcoolette5089d ago

LOL and this is why I didn't even touch the original MvC3. Now Capcom has my interest.

rjdofu5089d ago

One step closer to the SuperDuper Ultra Ultimate MvC3 version.

lizard812885088d ago

lol, i don't even know if i should buy this one or not. I don't want to pay $60 and then a year later we get, Super Marvel Vs Capcom+ EX Alpha world champion 3rd strike new challengers HD mini mix turbo collection.

For the love of god, just make it DLC. Its absurd Capcom wants us to buy the 1st installment for $60 and then a super version, which adds a little new content for another $60. if they did patch it, it should cost only $20 max.

It doesn't matter anyways, unless this is coming out for the PC or 3DS i probably won't play this since i don't own an HD console.

I also like all of those DLC characters capcom made for MvC3...the two that were pulled from the game..

...WTF?! Ultimate Marvel 3?!

...*shakes head* I don't even...

Capcom is more about cash and less about quality these days...

princejb1345089d ago

lol theres one way to solve this not buy it, that way capcom would stop milking the same game over and over and do it correctly the first time they release it

showtimefolks5088d ago

but so has it brought us CAPCOM'S WAY OF DLC and locking it on the disk. they are full of sequels and even messing those up. Like the head who was behind dead rising who said the company doesn't want any new Ip's and want as many sequels so they could make the most money

in figthing games with MVC they had so little content for full 60 it was a joke compare to Mortal Kombat which has a great long story plus online battles

Re5 on disk dlc locked for $5 really?

dead rising 2 spin off?

lost planet 2 making it worst than before than blaming us the gamers for not buying the game

Rocket Sauce5088d ago

The peeps behind Mortal Kombat aren't any different - making you pay to use fatalities, costumes, etc. you already have on the disc.

Everybody's out to screw you.

9thWonder5088d ago

i agree this is BS if its true cause it means we have to buy another copy similar to SSF4 -_-

acemonkey5088d ago

anybody paids for this is a jackass im sorry

Martha_Washington5089d ago

If Strider, Cable, and Frank West do show up this will be well worth it.

LOGICWINS5089d ago (Edited 5089d ago )

Yeah, its basically giving people the option to have all the DLC and 12 new characters in one bargain price. I don't think its a bad deal.

I think Capcom sucks for making consumers pay for DLC thats ALREADY on the disc(RE5 deathmatch I believe)...but then again, its the consumer's fault for being dumb enough to buy the first version of Capcom games knowing they will release a budget version with extra goodies just a few months later.

Peaceful_Jelly5089d ago (Edited 5089d ago )

Rumors say that the online will be revamped too. And a DLC that adds 12 characters and possibly new stages and online features (like spectator mode) would take like 5GB man. On top of that people are saying that they will change the comic-like endings for animated CG.

ABizzel15089d ago

Thank goodness I didn't buy it yet.

@Logicwins

It's only a bad deal if they pull a Super Street Fighter and make you have to buy the game over again to get the new characters instead of just putting them up for DLC (this is what they did with the second SF4 game, the third was DLC).

Prototype5089d ago

I remember in the 90's when you mention Capcom unless you was a diehard SNK/Mortal Kombat fan they had something for EVERYONE...

Now its all about releasing half-made games and depending on consumer reception that determines how they release DLC no one cares for.

Prototype5089d ago

I call it Scamcom, last game I bought from them was Lost Planet 2 which was fun but short as hell

Shooter_McGavin5089d ago

I'm not that thrilled about this personally, but it's so typically Capcom to do something like this. Can't wait for the Ultimate Ultimate version. /sarcasm

Rocket Sauce5088d ago

Yeah, right! And Grizzly Adams had a beard!

Sniperwithacause5088d ago

Grizzly Adams did have a beard! LMAO! I love that movie. I just can't remember wich one it was.

Capcom Spotlight is just around the corner: tune in to see the latest titles being shown off by the Japanese masters.

SockeyBoy16h ago

I feel a new DMC on the horizon.

thorstein13h ago(Edited 13h ago)

New IP, please. Used to be (in the 80s) if it was a Capcom game, you knew it was good.

jznrpg12h ago

Pragmata is a new IP so there’s that. Another one would be nice though

Babadook711h ago(Edited 11h ago)

Honestly Capcom is still somewhat of a seal of quality for me.

shinXseijuro11h ago

Trust me I’m a Capcom baby. Got fond memories of Megaman and all the good library they had on snes 😂 . I always felt bummed Capcom shunned Megaman tho ever since inafune left the company . Pragmata seems like it’s a new Megaman sort of
