Gamigo Inc. has acquired substantial assets from the San Francisco based publisher, Outspark. The license of the successful online game, Fiesta Online, for the USA, Canada, and Mexico is to become a part of gamigo's extensive online games portfolio. While all of Outspark’s games have closed and the company’s websites are all down currently, CEO Philip Yun clarified the situation.
Gamesta.com sadly reports the closure of free-to-play MMO portal Outspark. The company shuts down, which consequently means the demise of several of its games. The popular game Fiesta Online will shift to provider gamigo. A shimmer of hope may be available for recently released arcade MMORPG Dark Blood, as a message states they are on the lookout for a new publisher.
