DSOGaming writes: "NHN Corporation announced today that its upcoming MMO title ASTA, which impressed attendees at GDC San Francisco in March with its unique Asian fantasy style and eye-popping graphics on CryEngine 3, will be one of several new NHN games featured at this year’s Gamescom in Cologne. The company has also revealed its first screenshots."
History repeats itself as a second ASTA shutdown is announced by the game's developers on the MMORPG's official Steam page.
After being shut down by Webzen back in October last year, ASTA is being revived later this month! Set to re-launch on Steam on 26 April, the new publisher is Move Games, a little-known Korean company which is known for re-launching Korean online games which have closed in the Western market. It is unknown if developer Polygon Games is still working on the title.
Mmosite:
Hello MMO this month is going to talk about 5 MMOs that announced closure this year, and 5 new MMOs available for you to play this month. Saying farewell gives us a chance to remember the past fun and find yourself a wonderful new game to fully immerse in!
I really don't get how an Asian fantasy style is still called unique considering how many mmo's with asian themes there are.
all i wanna know is the combat turn based, dice roll or real-time?
i prefer the real-time action based games.
