That matters several months from now...why?

Kur02662d ago

It means they will be announcing their new console probably.

Would think they'd go more into detail about Windows 8 if not officially announce it if they haven't. The Next Box you save for E3 - unless they pull some toga level crap.

Kur02662d ago

They could be running W8 on the new console too, who knows?

SactoGamer2662d ago

Win 8 running on the 360/720 would be interesting to see.

ATiElite2661d ago

well that pretty much seals it.

He's gonna ram Windows 8 down our throats....then show a video of himself playing on the New NextBox!

I really doubt they will be running a full version of win 8 as it leaves the console too open.

CES is about tech so it won't be surprising they will be sneak peak of a new console. E3 is very packed for gaming info. It could better doing it in the month of ces that is known to be a weak time for info. So it would be a very good time to announce a new console.

Has a console ever been announced at ces ? I thought there has been ?

SactoGamer2662d ago (Edited 2662d ago )

There has been ( ), though I wouldn't call it a successful one.

It beats unveiling it at MTV, like they did with the 360.
