This week's Famitsu has first details on an update to Sengoku Basara 3. Both Wii and PlayStation 3 will see "Sengoku Basara 3 En" this Fall.
En adds two player cooperative play and at least eight new generals. There will also be new gameplay systems, but details are being kept under wraps for now.
The game's theme is "drama" and "party." Many of the stories this time are light hearted, explaining the title's "En," which means feast or party.
Capcom has published a special feature detailing the story behind development of the Sengoku Basara series on its investor relations website.
The story is a narrated account featuring series producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi and director Makoto Yamamoto. It details a 2003 Capcom whose business was in dire straits, and who were focusing on sequels to hit titles that would guarantee success. When Kobayashi proposed the idea for a new kind of action game, Capcom was reluctant, but company president Kenzo Tsujimoto gave him the green light. The game’s team was mocked within the company at first, as most believed it to be a game that would never sell, but what ultimately came to fruition was something that the entire company had faith in.

you should have included Gundam vs for PS3.. a much better version of your number one pick... love your video... i wish my Japanese was as good as yours!
The Japanese branch of Capcom has revealed that the Resident Evil and Sengoku Basara 3 twin packs will be coming exclusively to the Playstation 3 in Japan.
Well if it's only coming out in Japan, I believe the correct term is Biohazard twin pack.
Why havent we got retail versions of RE 4 and Code Veronica , they even did a CE in Japan, of all the times Capcom would try and milk money out of us and this is one of the things I would of bought.
and now this.....come on Capcom.
If it's a Free update, then cool. There's already off-line co-op. The game was suppose to feature online co-op, but they apparently scratched it last second. No excuse for that, hopefully this adds it back.
Will this be an update or like dlc??
