The third iteration of the Guitar Hero franchise launched last week to a traditionally enthusiastic welcome from the gaming community. GH 3 is ostensibly all about giving fans of the series what they want, and at least on the hardware front, GH 3 delivers. The new first-party guitars are the best yet thanks to numerous enhancements, both mechanical and aesthetic. .
