Nicholson Electroplating Disaster, is the first L.A Noire DLC that Rockstar put out. The case is base on the real world O'Connor Electro-Plating plant explosion, that killed 17 people in 1947, but the developer, Team Bondi, changed the facts of the case to fictionalize it. Like the two pre order DLC, A Slip of the Tongue and The Naked City, Nicholoson Electronplating is a diversion from the plot, which is woven into the all of the cases. If you chose to skip out on this adventure, you wouldn’t be missing anything vital. What would you would be missing an intriguing case with some of the best action scenes in the game.
Members of the original development team behind Rockstar Games' LA Noire are working on a new psychological thriller called Sowden House.
Hopefully McNamara is as far away from this as possible he set up shop in Australia then did nothing but complain about Australian labour laws while trying to make his workers live at the office working 24/7 on la noire punishing them for leaving at 3 am and being 10 minutes late to work at 9am the next day.
It's astonishing that none of the workers went to the fair work ombudsman as the studio would have been fined astronomical numbers
BLG writes, "Do you ever get that feeling after you’ve finished a game that you just wish there was more? Or do you spend years hoping and praying for a sequel that never comes?
This list compiles some of the top games we desperately want to get a sequel. Please give us more of our favorite games!"
Would love to see a sequel to the 7th gen FPS campaign SINGULARITY from RAVEN Software..
L.A. Noire is coming to the library of free games available to GTA+ Members on Thursday, May 2.
I rally enjoyed this DLC. It was much more action packed than detective. I am enjoying all the DLC, but they feel like they were pulled from the main story. They don't feel stand alone. I think the DLC was only ones that could be cut becuase they aren't 100% tied by dialog. You can notice you have random quests throughout the game but towards the end, they all tie to together. The entire Arson desk felt like it as one story.
I loved the atmosphere created because of the explosion. Really well made and the game play was fun. I especially love the car chases in the game. I hope more games take note on the realism of the car chases especially when the cars spin out and crash. Looking forward to the next DLC. Lets hope the next DLC can top this one.
I am one of those people that bought the rockstar pass which seems like a very smart idea when it comes to DLC I just hope they release at least another 3-5 more cases to make the pass seem worth while. Eventully the pass will end. Then dlc will need to be purchased seperatly.
