How much you want to bet MW3 fans told BF3 fans that the election is tomorrow? That's a classic Red State trick.

Connecticut and Florida BOTH need recounts, and no fair getting the Supreme court to stop them.

surgency3738d ago

Believing the election is on a new day.. that's a classic blue state failure ;)

I am BF3 and I demand a recount in Texas!

I_find_it_funny3738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

would be interesting to do this for Europe and see all the countries but too much work

gedapeleda3738d ago

I can tell you BF3 gets the crown in Eu.

I_find_it_funny3738d ago

I did it for my country its 54% for BF3

evrfighter3738d ago

Remember blackops sold 5 million in california alone.

California by itself can put a huge hole in koticks ship

FlareDReborn3738d ago

I demand a recount in Texas as well!!!!

Wenis3738d ago

Yay my fellow Kansans voted BF3.

TheBand1t3738d ago

mississippi knows what's up

Skip_Bayless3738d ago

Well I think BF3 is forward thinking therefore it's a democratic party and MW3 is more corrupt make it the republican party. I always vote democratic but I'm on the fence because the supposedly the console versions will be way inferior to the PC version of BF3.

lol this is sorta cool. BF3 FTW!

Trunkz Jr3738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

Now let's do Canada, all the provinces would be blue :D

saladthieves3738d ago

Ontario for sure :)...it's pretty blue here!

SilentNegotiator3738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

MW3 should be blue, since it's for the sort of people that would be neo-populists.
Equal lack of quality for all! Yipeeee!

Anyway, I see my state has voted MW3. Figures. Crazy IL.

iamtehpwn3738d ago

If BF3 does even half as well sales wise as Modern Warfare 3, It's really a victory for BF3 when you consider how've they pushed their game to be a competitor this time around.

Legion3738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

At least they got it right and made BF3 the blue color. More progresive and less set in their old ways.

So did BF3 at least pull out the Popular vote? Just looking at the key battleground states it appeared that BF3 could have gotten the popular vote in those states alone... wondering how the actual full count turn out looked like?

Also, we have to understand that not one person one vote in this sampling. So hard to use the electoral format in this case.

Legion3738d ago

"In 2000 there were a total of 538 electoral votes available with 270 needed to win. Republican George W. Bush, with 50,456,002 popular votes won 271 electoral votes. His Democratic opponent, Al Gore, won the popular vote with 50,999,897 votes, but won only 266 electoral votes. Bush was elected president."

Goes to show that more people might want one thing but the Electoral College system can make you loose the election. Glad gaming isn't an election process.

AEtherbane3738d ago

They should have redone the electoral votes to mimic the amount of players in each state. Then this would have been a lot more interesting

Simon_Brezhnev3738d ago

Jack-Dangerously3738d ago

My state sucks... Lol Texas FTL!!

dgonza403738d ago

Rick Perry is why it sucks :p
Yes, im from texas.

Paralex3738d ago

Not surprised that MW3 won. It's clearly the better game.

I_find_it_funny3738d ago

in US you have to register to vote, how stupid is that

davekaos3738d ago

No you dont!

As long as you are a registered uk citizen then you can vote

Sabian1873738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

@davekoas When do you register to be a UK Citizen.
According to http://www.electoralcommiss...
When you're 16, but you can't vote until you're 18 just like in America

I registered for the Draft when I turned 18 and that also "registered" me to vote.

According to http://www.aboutmyvote.co.u...
You need to be registered to vote in UK elections and referendums

davekaos3738d ago

@Sabian

You have to regester if you are from another country, those born in england are registered via british birt certificate.

which means the time you reach the age of 16 you are automatically on the electoral roll, which means you are able to vote

So my point stands correct i think you will find

Arknight3738d ago

Yes, how ridiculous...instead, we should just let anybody walk up and decide who the leaders of our country will be.

gamingdroid3738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

If you can't figure out how to vote or find it too troublesome to register, then I fear what your vote will be!!!

DarkestTemplar3738d ago

"in US you have to register to vote, how stupid is that"

Not very...

MW3 would mop the floor with bf3

Trunkz Jr3738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

MW3 being the messy old person that it is WOULD have to use something new and fresh as BF3.

ZombieNinjaPanda3738d ago

Except 10 year olds aren't allowed to vote so I doubt so.

Legion3738d ago

Mop the floor? Doubt it... but it could pull a Bush and get enough votes in the right places to squeek one out. American public can really be ignorant and vote for the hype versus the substance. (of course you could probably say that about a lot of countries)

Simco8763738d ago (Edited 3738d ago )

Battlefield wants a re-count because of those hanging chads in Florida
