New PS3 model announced for Japan
New unit to consume less power; also used for Tales of Xillia X edition bundle.
Even with a lighter and slimmer version of the PS3, Sony still believes that there's room for extra improvements. The company recently announced a new PS3 model on their official page. The new model, called CECH-3000B, will consume less power–specifically from its original 230W to 200W–and will weigh in at 2.6kg.
