David Jaffe told Eurogamer at E3 last week that Sony is yet to speak to him about a portable take on his car combat franchise."

"There are guys who get it, but there are just as many other people who go 'I don't really get it – is this something we really want to be promoting at the same level as say, Uncharted 3?'

You being ____ isn't helping it(twisted metal)being promoted on the same level as UC3 any easier/fasters

And do Sony really have to ask you to make a TM-vita, just so you can get started in development? I know times are getting hard but come on.

I would say they have to many on at the moment. They will ask eventually. The big factor will be sales. Sony are probobly waiting for the PS3 sale figures and if they are good then they will invest

I think they're probably waiting to see how well the PS3 version does first.

I really do not want to see Twisted Metal on the Vita. I would prefer to see what else David could make instead. He has also made Gow of War. So I would like to see what else he can make maybe an RPG.

I agree BIJ. Look we all know with what he's done on the PS3 he could easily put out a Vita version. Since he is a GAMEPLAY first dev the game will be good. No doubt. However, Jaffe it is time for you to create a new franchise for the Vita that will test your mind. You can come up with something clever and not gimicky that we would enjoy. Just make another series this would be the perfect time too. Vita is not as big a commitment from what we've heard financially so you could take a risk with major rewards if it catches on. Try and make a female led action game or RPG. I would give you mad props and forum support.
