A new study performed by mobile gaming company I-Play has found that casual online gamers are nearly twice as likely to play games on mobile phones compared to the average North American.
The study gathered data from 1,000 casual gamers representing an even split across adult age demographics. According to I-Play, this research found that 38% of these casual gamers play mobile games as well, comparing favorably to the mobile industry average of 20.5% in North America. The study also found that 45% of respondents would play mobile games if their favorite casual titles were available for the platform.
