Eurogamer: "The third-party game footage shown during Nintendo's E3 press conference this week to demonstrate Wii U was taken from PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 code – but at least one game is already up and running on the new console.
"We have Darksiders II completely running on the Wii U right now," THQ core games boss Danny Bilson told Eurogamer today.
"It took about five weeks. Coming into the show we were ready to go. We could have demonstrated it on the hardware but they [Nintendo] decided not to have full games shown in the booth."

Darksiders 1 is a complete game but it’s obvious with Darksiders 2 they ran out of budget after the Ice world and the game just becomes a poorly paced mess.
The release date has been revealed for The Art of Darksiders II Hardcover Edition.
So it just look as good, why not better or blow you away or something? I know fanboys are going to say the Wii U is current generation hardware if they read the article. Yeah Wii U should of been the wii back in 2006, but just Imagine the price on the controller with new technology as new as Blu Ray and Cell. It would be even more expensive than it might be now. The controller would probably be like $130 dollars and the console itself like $350 dollars, that would run you $480.Don't expect sell to rival the Wii. This may sound strange to say, but if you think about it Nintendo is releasing this at the right time. They know what they are doing. Nintendo made the game industry what it is today, just look at Microsoft and Sony copying off of Nintendo's motion technology. They will once again use the Blue Ocean strategy that work for the Wii. Man I wish Nintendo bought back Rare, or if Rare can be independent like Bungie and go multiplatform. Lets be honesty Microsoft is not taking advantage of Rare like Nintendo did in the past. Goldeneye and Perfect Dark on N64 was success that is fading away. Look at what they did to Goldeneye when they remade it, its just mediocre and a not so good multiplayer like the original. Perfect Dark HD remake didn't even have that much advertisement. When it was finally release you had to look for it,instead of them giving you an easy link to get to download the game. Not much people played it as a result. The Wii U will set the record straight for hardcore gaming.
