With all three big press conferences accounted for, who "won" E3 2011?
When E3 ends I'll tell ya :)
This has to be the shittiest, sloppiest, laziest analysis I've ever written. Your web site: F-
Youre clearly just mad that your precious Sony/Microsoft "lost" E3.
I won as a gamer who couldn't care less what conference or company did better but instead focused on the announcements and demos I cared about.
i am relieved to see that Nintendo is moving away from the waggle and towards the traditional yet funky controller. i passed on the Wii but i'll try the WiiU
Enough of the 'Who won E3 2011' articles!
Redlynx won. Because their game was the only one to make me bounce up and down and clap my hands. (in a very manly way)
My favorite company...
they all sucked even third party sucked last year EA rocked it but BF3 tanks really a long tank demo that was boring. PAX better be better
I think the site was pretty accurate
it was only matter of time before someone had to ask
Nintendo kept my attention the entire time so they "won". Also, they will get the most money from me in the next year (compared only to sony because i don't buy xbox products) so that's always a real win to me.
Nintendo? really, they showed almost nothing but tech demos for the WiiU. And there main hook where multiplatform games (With 360 footage nonetheless).
good thing it was 360 footage it didnt look next gen at all... the tech demos had you known any thing showed off some of the aspects of the wiiu power the lighting and shaders were top notch especially in zelda running real time and streaming from controller to screen seamlessly. its not even the tip of the iceburg i believe.
Power dousn't mean anything if there arn't games, and that confernce was seriously lacking in the exclusives department. I'm sorry to inform you but with a little less then a year before Nintendo plans on launching the console, Tech demos don't cut it. We need actual game footage and substantial exclusive announcements.
Battlefield 3 won. period.
1.Sony 2.Microsoft 3.Nintendo
Sony was #1,then was Nintendo.
1 Nintendo A+ 2 Sony B 3 Microsoft F-
I just wasted a click... trash article of the week so far. Sony totally dominated in all the content they had. They had TO MUCH TO SHOW. With the release of price and availability of the NGP they put away a lot of fears. Big N, very good showing, but without more about the new console in terms of price (and I am a stout Big N fan) and games, I doubt if I am going to spend 400 bucks (my guess) for a new console which does not blow my 360 and PS3 out of the water. I can wait for a price drop
A Sony B+ Nintendo D. Microsoft Wii U is pretty cool, but the presentation wasn't good - they showed almost anything. Maybe next E3, when they will have something more than controller and PS3/X360 ports to show. However, Sony amazed everyone with the price of NGP, lot of nice footage and announcenents, Uncharted 3. I didn't watched MS conference as I'm not interested in Kinect at all. Nintendo fans will say than Nintendo won, Sony fanboys will say that Sony won. X360 fanboys will say E3 is sh*t. But whatever who wins, E3 was really nice this year. At least for me.
