wow, kinect is at 10.4 million sold, move is only like 1.5 million behind

rabidpancakeburglar2743d ago

Kinect will probably be at more than that now but that is seriously impressive

egidem2743d ago

Yes, and people said that it wouldn't sell. Impressive numbers from Sony, and they didn't spend $500 mil on advertising.

coryok2743d ago

10.4 kinects as of last friday

SlipperyMooseCakes2743d ago

Well it is not tracked the same one. Kinect is one individual product, with Move they count each controller so it isn't exactly comparable. Both have been successful though.

SlipperyMooseCakes2743d ago

Why the disagrees? My statement is factual and correct. Oh you fanboys...

metsgaming2742d ago

once you admit that all those 50+ millions of xboxs arent really for 50+ million people and that many are replacements, then you can argue that that the move isnt really 8.8.

SlipperyMooseCakes2742d ago

That has nothing to do with what we're talking about. Whether the 360's sales were boosted by the replacements or not does not change the fact that Move is counted differently than connect. I don't have to admit anything, the argument still stands. Get your head out of your arse.

Max_Dissatisfaction2743d ago

after releasing first and being cheaper...and this includes navigators...also, shipped

Nicaragua2743d ago

it dosnt include navigators - why does someone always pipe up with this nonsense ?

MOVE is MOVE, Nav is NOT MOVE. Get your facts straight kid.

coryok2743d ago

sure if you want to pull those cards, ps3 is only ~3m behind 360, but 360 released first

....and found in women's panty drawers across the country!

without 500 million in marketing

Nes_Daze2743d ago

And without gimmicky rail games

Bathyj2743d ago

Thats great and all Sony, but I'd really love some games like Killzone 2 or Resistance to be patched to support Move.

Wishful thinking I know, but I dont really think it would be that hard. If Splitfish can control any game with camera control on the stick then I dont see why Move cant do the same thing, even if its not 100% optimised for older games.

Ddouble2743d ago (Edited 2743d ago )

Bioshock, Star Trek and Dust 514 perhaps? Not old games but eh have to look to the future.

saimcheeda2743d ago

but still impressive to me nonetheless!
