ea has games that have great potential but they manage to f*** everything up, look im not a need 4 speed person i love simulation driving like gran turisimo and forza but need 4 speed carbon and pro street r good but i dont like pro street cuz i didnt feel like i was racing come total mph and u win..... u can let them hit the finishing goal and u can start to drive and u win....seriously but its not bad,and army of 2 i loved the way it looked but when i saw the gameplay vid of it. i hated it come on 2 guys fighting an army and barley any cover just straight up fighting in the open....seriously
Nice and scary stuff but typical EA behavior. EA sees BioShock's success, thanks of System Shock and makes this. Hope at least it's a good game (Looks really promising).
I played that on my old Dreamcast system and loved it big time.
I'm having high hopes for this one, I also hope EA gives it a big next gen. push to make it a great game. It really has the potential. EA needs to continue it's efforts to make better non sports games.
I read the GI preview a few weeks ago and remember getting pissed off when I saw the expected release date was 4th quarter next year. :/
But the nifty thing I thought was how the dismemberment system works. Cut off a leg and it might grow a new one, it might mutate, it might die, depends on the monster. One of monsters GI talked about that acted in this behaver was something akin to a pregnant women, well one that looks like a horrible man eating monster so I guess the normal kind of pregnant women then...Anyways if you decide to go ahead and shoot her belly, the monster dies but then the "baby" comes out of mama stomach and apparently you don't want to mess with the baby.
So damm you for teasing me with this so early. Its almost worse than when BSG had season finale back in March and then flashed, New Eps. Next Year...jerks. :<
I just hope they don't go overboard on the monsters trying to make the game scary, with the result that it completely misses it's goal like so many games out there.
I hope they focus more on the mysterious aspects of the outer space world as few games have been able to pull this off properly.
Scary stuff. I just hope that EA takes the game seriously and doesn't pull it's usual "lowest effort, biggest dollar" crap.

Looks like a cross between Alien and Event Horizon.
Here's hoping EA doesn't screw it up.
Not a bad concept take somthing people love (Resident Evil) and put it in space, sense Capcom isn't doing it then EA can.
