A game with a lot of potential and good ideas, stumbling at the hurdle of smooth execution.
Too low a score. I'm six hours into the PC version - playing solo with AI partner - and so far it's been one of the most enjoyable first person action adventures/dungeon crawlers I've played in quite a while. At least opting for archery with E'lara, I haven't played as Caddock since a brief section of the prologue, so I don't really know how much fun melee combat may or may not be in this game. In fact I've been having a lot more fun in Hunted than I did in the likes of God of War 3 and Darksiders, both of which I got fed up within a handful of hours, despite their more polished look and feel.
