E3 2011: Star Wars: The Old Republic - Exclusive Details on Raiding, Tatooine, Mounts and More

All eyes are on Star Wars: The Old Republic. The massively multiplayer online game from Dragon Age and Mass Effect developer BioWare will attempt to offer a fully story-driven experience on a massively multiplayer scale, and at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, more details will be revealed than any other previous year. We sat down with writing director Daniel Erickson, lead flashpoint/raids/player-versus -player designer Gabe Amantangelo, and lead systems designer Damion Schubert to discuss what's planned for E3.

If they have this as Pay to Play monthly, i probably wont be able to afford it. But knowing this industry, it probably will be that.

how he say this year when ea say it was delayed to 2012 like last closing quarter. the bounty hunter looks like a damage dealing crowd control class. as a fire mage on wow im gonna roll bounty hunter on tor first even tho i want to make a sith jedi anakin stylized.

I believe they said it slipped out of q2 (april-june) but they were still hopeful for this year though it could slip to Jan 2012.....which would be silly with ME3 coming out so I'm expecting add to the ridiculous backlog of games in the end of the year

It's still on track for 2011. A couple of Devs confirmed that a little bit ago. The 2012 thing is just an outside release date.
