Ryan Syrett @ DBR writes: I’m a big fan of self inflicted artfag game ideals and depth, be it the Alice and Kev blog, Permadeath run-throughs, or some of the masterfully player written experiences some people have had on indie hit Minecraft. So when our lovely writers Lemmy and Andy shot our crew a couple of alpha keys to their new game Project Zomboid, a sandbox game laden with crafting, perks, NPCs that react differently to you depending on your actions, and a multitude of medical aliments ranging from broken legs and catching diseases from dead bodies to alcohol addiction and depression… well, I couldn’t help but get a slight log on.
For over a decade, Project Zomboid has brought a challenging zombie survival title to life, and now is the best time to jump in.
Project Zomboid is probably the most detailed zombie game and with a really large community. So, here are the best mods to enhance your game.
Project Zomboid is definitely a must-have if you're looking for the most complete zombie apocalypse simulator out there.
This is the only game I've ever gotten refunded on Steam. I love the concept but it just felt horrible to play.
Man this is still in development? It was released over ten years ago and still not finished.
I bought this game in early access years ago and played it for about 10 minutes before uninstalling it. I never requested a refund but never played it again. I have heard it’s come on a bit since those days and I’ve always considered one day I would reinstall it just to check it out again but I haven’t… yet.
