Yo This game and Twisted Metal is my most anticipated game of the year!!! Dark Souls will own Skyrim!!! but both will be great!!! This makes me wanted to play Demon Souls over again from beginning to end. Wait until the 360 gamers see how great the online features are. The most revolutionary online features of any game. The highlight of the game is to have the ability to mess up other peoples games as an evil soul lol!!! I hope there are no restrictions on evil souls to go in boss fights. An I hope they don't give the player a warning when an invader is going to invade their game. When something crazy like this happens, the player waits at the beginning only with another soul or two thats too powerful lol. If they want the game really hard then please don't warn the player, its about preparing to die lol!!!

Im shocked, Demons souls was awesome, but this? WOW! The landscapes look diverse, with little memorable points like the massive crow, but most importantly, The Bosses look even better, tougher, And sometimes even more fitting to a fantasy realm, This looks ready to blow DS away

The trailer looks great.
Demon Souls was such a powerful n special game that I really didn't need a trailer to know m picking this game up when it launches.

Maybe it's just me, but it's only been months since the game was announced, n now it's supposed to b released in 4 months?

Nothing dramatic needed to b upgraded from Demon Souls to Dark Souls, but m still scratching my head on the release timetable. Like I said, maybe it's just me.

I'll keep my fingers crossed n hope they don't dropped the ball on this, and actually 1up Demon Souls.

Anyway...Game on!

This game was announced at last year's TGS, almost a year ago. I don't see what the problem is anyway...I hate when games are announced years before they come out and we have to wait around forever. I would much rather that games be announced a couple months before they come out.

if I'm not mistaked Darkfiber, Dark Souls was 1st announced early this year...Feb. 2011.

I too can grow impatient on a game I've been dying to play, but I'd much rather have the game b worth the wait rather than rushed.

As I said, if m not mistakened, it was 1st announced around Feb. of this year, n even if u r right about when it was 1st announced, 1year in the making has me a bit skeptical...personally speaking of course.

Just as u hate the long wait for games, I hate for a great game to go bad.

Negatory good buddy, it was announced at TGS as "Project Dark". It wasn't called Dark Souls until February, though. Anyway, I doubt they have been making this game for only a year. Just because the game wasn't announced that long ago doesn't mean they just started working on it. The first one was released in Japan in February 2009...I'm guessing they have been working on it for over 2 years.

okay, to my understanding...Dark Souls was under the "Code Name" Project Dark, announced at TGS 2010...it was rumored to b the successor to Demons Souls...
Nobody knew much about the game until Feb. of 2011, when it was officially annouced as the successor to Demons Souls.

Looks like we were both right.
M a big fan of Demons Souls...the game is surprisingly fun even with the difficulty n frustrating moments.

I just want more of the same, but better. M sure everyone has had their fair share of 1 year follow-ups that turned out to b flops.

Honestly. I think i died at least 500 times in the first level alone in DS. However when i clocked it and when back i played like a pro.
