Bethsoft has updated the official Fallout site with a new team diary by Istvan Pely, lead artist for Fallout 3, who walks gamers through the process of creating the Pip-Boy 3000 along with some concept art pieces. In addition, the Fallout site is now also available in French, Italian, German, and Spanish, including content like today's team diary.
Looks like I'm out of luck today and every Fallout news I try to submit is already posted. Great find and superb read :)
Hope they release a Pip 300 with Fallout 3 Collector's Edition or something.
