Kotaku: What Can We All Learn from the Xbox Live Banning of ‘Pound Her Stank’?

Xbox Live technical support will be extra busy over the course of this week and the next as a new software update rolls out, bringing sweeping bans to those with modified consoles. But one fresh account banning from this week is more educational than the rest.

lol "pound her stank". omg some people are so immature.

Focker4203166d ago

You have to admit it was pretty creative though. Even though it was immature I've definitely seen much worse. I wonder what his other 34 gamertags were...

xPhearR3dx3165d ago

I had a hard time thinking of one Gamertag. Let alone 34 lol

GrieverSoul3165d ago

I find the xXx_L33t_Kwik_Xope_xXx names and everything with a deviation of the Quick, Legit, Sniper and Scope more imature than this!

Also, lol at the guys plea. I mean, 34 name changes and you still go with that type of name. lol man, you have problems. Its all giggles and laughs from the 10 years old crowd but... cmon.

What Can We All Learn from the Xbox Live Banning of ‘Pound Her Stank’?

We can learn that people are really immature and MS are having none of it.

gamingdroid3165d ago

Some people never learn! Seriously 34 gamertag name changes?

Talk about repeat offender!

This article is immature it shouldnt of been approved.

snipes1013165d ago

I can't tell if you're joking or not, but how exactly is this immature? All sorts of articles about how idiotic people can be are published every day to give everyone a laugh. This is no different.

Alos883165d ago

34 chances to change his tag and he still chose to act like a tool, he had this coming.

ConstipatedGorilla3165d ago

What's even more ridiculous is that it costs $10 every time you change your tag. That idiot spent $340 on stupid gamertags.

Vega753165d ago

It's 200 points for a name change not 10$

Vega753165d ago

I guess the people that disagree never changed their tag on XBL. Cause it only cost me 200 point to do so

darksied3165d ago

Actually, if MS forces you to change your gamertag you don't pay anything, it's free.

If I remember correctly, it costs 800 MS points, so it's not cheap. It's equal to $10.

STICKzophrenic3165d ago

If one wants to change his gamertag but doesn't want to spend the points/money, he can message all his friends and people in the recent play list to file a complaint about his gamertag and then MS will tell him to change it.

It's possible that MS received a lot of complaints about his tag, but it's also possible he just wanted to change it a lot on his own so he used said method to do so.

Also, the name made me chuckle, but it isn't clever in any way, just immature.

I saw a brilliant name when I was playing Modern Warfare 2 on PS3.

I even sent him a message with a compliment, lol.
