The King of All Media sends his employee Wolfie out to a gaming convention. A note to the world, not all gamers talk like this.
Well he needs to change his title because he doesn't know anything about videogames or the people who play it.
why is every successful man now a days called KING? lol thanks
It's like someone told me once: When you talk to XXX-holes, don't be surprised if poop comes out.
who cares what this old fart thinks. moving on.
Funny thing is that many gamers do make money out of gaming and many also do tournaments to make money. Not all gamers live with their parents..lol
Howard Stern is an unfunny dope anyways. WTF does he know.
I hate when people slam stuff they know nothing about.
Which is actually sad considering that he considers himself as someone who's slammed by people who don't know him.
I just can't understand hypocrites
hahaha howards the shit
It was hysterical! Was laughing my ass off! And a Ba Ba Booey to you all!
Stern is totally supporting his country by hosting a lame radio show. /s I hope he and all of his co-hosts die in a violent car accident.
Wow Howard Stern... The guy is an old pedophile.
The people being "interviewed" are clearly not gamers at all, just listen to their forced nasal tone of voice, it's like Stern said "alright guys, just put on the most annoying, nerdy tone of voice you can think of" The guy's a freaking moron.
howard stern is a degenerate who does some messed up for his internet programme thing so hes the last person to talk shit about anyone
Ok I just listened to a few minutes of this. Someone tell this guy to look in the mirror. I mean he looks like the stereotypical nerd who will go home and fap to his imported loli manga's from Japan.
both howard stern and oooopie&anthony are unfunny ppl. they somehow make money by just cursing on air. it proves that all their radio listners have a negative IQ.
While I don't agree with him on all of his views, this sh!t was pretty funny.
i like at the end when hes saying that people shouldnt just have a hobby, and that hes earned the right to waste his time because he has a career. lots of the people that he was talking to are probably kids, but its irrelevant because all of them have earned the right to play games, they live in a free country and have paid for their games. it doesnt matter how, if they paid for it theyve earned the right to enjoy it grown man picking on kids, pathetic
What a load of garbage, "video game conference" nice and generic and those people have been told to put on nerdy voices, I have never even heard anyone that sounds like that. The fact that most of them also sound like they have mental problems, asbergers etc it is not even remotely funny to poke fun at them if they are not just acting the nerd. And they thing angry video game nerd is a man in a character suit like a disney character........ oh dear.
Harsh, but the guys Wolfie interviewed, wow. It's like he was looking for the most awkward, lonely looking people he could find Howard just ran with it. I guess all gamers are nerds next to the great Howard Stern.
I agree with Stern on some level, and I'll probably get disagrees for it, but I mean let's be real here for a moment. I understand and respect that people have every right to do whatever they please, but how can you not feel ridiculous going to a convention in a costume or talking to people in real life like you're in-game. Especially if you're willing to talk to a reporter or anyone that's filming you for no particular reason. I don't care if I'm the nerdiest guy or the most interesting man in that convention center, I don't want to be filmed unless I have some sort of fame. Oh, and why is it that people that are considered "nerdy" talk so specifically, and outline everything about their favorite games and what they enjoy about them. On the other hand, Stern makes some idiotic assumptions based on THE nerdiest, most antisocial people I've ever heard speak. I myself, have a life outside of gaming, and in no way does gaming define me, but just because I play more than your average casual hobbyist, it doesn't negate the fact that I do have a job, I do get laid, and I do have a life. Also, last time I checked talking on the radio isn't work... It's a job, but definitely not work.
wolfie is just a listener and not an employee this article is bullshit
He's interviewing random people and making assumptions base on these short interviews and how they look. If I met Howard Stern on a street and interviewed him I would think he's some homeless crack head. I mean the guy doesn't know sh*t about the gaming industry and he makes fun of them. Typical high horse riding hypocrite trash.
Stern Rules! You guys need to get a clue.
Trash talk coming from a man who is neither funny nor relevant. Nothing more than a troll.
Opie and Anthony had Lazlow in studio giving a sneak preview of LA Noire earlier this week, they have provided voices for many Rockstar games, they are both avid gamers (especially Anthony) and talk about all the latest game releases, they didn't stop being funny in the 90's. Opie and Anthony are the greatest and anyone who disagrees is a silly goose.
I work in a video game store, & these interviews actually are an accurate depiction of a fraction of our customer base. Gaming has gone mainstream, & most of the people who play are as "normal" as your average non-gamer. The types of people being interviewed would be that way regardless of their hobbies, I'd imagine. Socially awkward retards are often that way naturally, & gravitated towards gaming as a result of that. Old guys like Howard just don't get it, & they never will.
