6.0 Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga Review writes: "Last year, Larian Studios released Divinity II: Ego Draconis on the Xbox 360 and PC. The game was a deviation from the traditional Diablo-esque overhead camera system used in most western RPGs, it used a third person view instead of the usual top down camera seen in its predecessor Divine Divinity, which was released back in 2002. However, as seen in our review of the title from last year, the game suffered from a number of glitches, overall poor controls and other minor issues which plagued the better attributes of the game. With Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga, Larian Studios has revamped Ego Draconis in an attempt to remedy these problems, but has their work paid off?"

pretty sure that might have been silently cancelled.

Stick to dq X, ff 13-2, versus (that we know of) for consoles.

this game is pretty good and its nothing like FF. Its very similar to Oblivion.

For thirty bucks its a fantastic deal.

I picked this up for 30 when it came out and its a fantastic game. Its been in my 360 for three weeks straight and I'm still not finished. Over 100 game hours and very little bugs make this a 9 out of 10 no brainer.

too bad it did not get any press. I agree that the game is criminaly underrated. Luckily we can enjoy it

I know it's your opinion and all but 6 is too low for this quality game. I think it's better than Oblivion but that's just my opinion. It was such a refreshing experience that stole two weeks of my life away. I'd at least give it an 8. I could care less about graphics, etc.

The major issues I found with it, personally, was the fact that if you weren't experienced with the western RPG genre and lingo, Divinity II: TDKS didn't do much to help you out.

Added to the fact that issues such as the targeting system for NPCs still isn't fixed (like it was for enemies) was what netted the game a 6/10.

(FYI, 6-7 is basically an average of sorts on It's not saying the game is terrible, but it doesn't do much to advance the genre and/or has some technical issues that brings it down.)

I know but I was blown away by the game is all. I'm glad it was geared towards the hardcore and it's not like I wasn't able to figure things out after awhile.

Compared to fable which holds your hand the entire time, it was a breath of fresh air.
