Frustrated Fury Writes: Marty and Doc are back once again with the 4th episode of Back to the Future: The Game. We last left off with crazy 1986 Doc getting captured by his evil wife right after coming to his senses about the whole police state he’s been running. Now, it’s up to Marty to rescue Doc and go back to 1931 and stop young Doc from ever getting involved with Edna so he becomes an inventor.
You’ll have to find certain items, use the DeLorean to age things, and manipulate young Doc’s brain waves in this episode. Some of these puzzles offer up a decent challenge this time around.
GATT GamerX: It’s been over twenty years. Doc and Marty have been off the radar as Micheal J Fox developed a disease, and no studio has decided to do a remake or sequel yet. That was however until Telltale Games, the mastermind behind the amazing Sam And Max series decided to brush off the dust and reboot the franchise with a whole new set of stories. Taking place three months after the original movies, Back To The Future The Game is a fresh take on the series taking you further than the previous three movie installments. Wipe that nasty Jurassic Park taste from your mouth, because this game hits all the right nostalgic places in your brain.
Jonathan Sutherland of Brash Games writes "Time to fill up that flux capacitor with rubbish again as we fly of into a brand new adventure. Telltale games have done it again and after getting the rights for Back to the Future, they have created a brand new adventure game that plays just like a movie".
Marty McFly and Doc Brown’s wild adventure continues towards its final act with Back to the Future Episode 4: Double Visions.
The episodes kicks off with Marty having awoken in the police state of Hill Valley while under captive, while Doc is set to be brain washed in the wonderful <sarcasm> Citizen Plus program.
