When I play an open world game, a driving game, or a first person game – I want the world to bring me in, to truly explore and play in it like no other. I do want to note I’m ONLY discussing games with good weather effects, not environments.

Currently playing Just Cause 2. Tons of fun and one of the prettiest looking open world games. Well worth the £10 I bought it for.
I always liked the rain in Dark Sector, a very, very good looking game. Probably the best looking in-game rain I've seen so far... Immersive indeed.
