The upcoming first person shooter Brink, from Bethesda Softworks and Splash Damage, will receive a day one patch on the Xbox 360 to fix a number of known issues.
ps3 version for me hope psn is back up by then
stop trollin man
To everyone disagreeing above, he didn't call him a troll because he said PSN was down. He called him a troll because he mentioned he is getting the game for PS3. The fact that this is an xbox 360 article means that there is no need for input from PS3 fans.
@AndrewRyan "The fact that this is an xbox 360 article means that there is no need for input from PS3 fans." Since when has that stopped trolls from commenting in articles? Come off it. If he's getting a multi plat game on the PS3, that's his choice. Doesn't make him a troll.
a bethesda game getting patched on the 1st day big shocker there
looool yeh bet every plat will have one
If you have Both consoles just play it on xbox just for now at least set up party play with you friends till PSN's back up
gonna be so awesome!
Is there a demo scheduled? A MP demo would be beast.
No demo before release. Demo after release still hasn't been ruled out, but they haven't talked about it.
Day 1 can't wait for Tuesday!!!!
Where did this website get the information regarding this?
It was a press release. I got one too.
Ok, thanks for the info. :)
No problem. Trying to figure out why we got a bunch of disagrees when I got an email telling me the same thing. Oh well.
The game release date was postpone for an early release, its not out yet and theres already a patch!?No Mp Beta, im guessing another bug mess incoming.
if the game haves " number of known issues " why the fuck are they releasing a unfinished game! The hype train is slowing.....
they decided to bump the date up a week early and then they need a day 1 patch... maybe they should have taken that extra week.
Or just release a few meg patch on day 1... But hey if you want to get the game a week later with no 3mb patch that's fair enough.
well wait for the reviews, the game looks amazing, if it releases and it has issues then you know to stay away, if it scores well and doesnt have many issues then jump on in cause I want this game badly, it has the look and refreshing feel of the shadorrun game that flopped but that I enjoyed so much.
Was looking forward to this game but the release date doesn't work for me. I won't have time to play.
Graphical bugs I can live with but poor netcode is a deal breaker. Fingers crossed the patch is a good one.
this might be on of the gamess that live for long. 60 fps on consoles in nice too.
PS3 version it is.
I hope you kids do realize that a patch doesn't always mean something is chronically wrong with the game. A bug fix yes, a weapons tweak yes, or a campaign issue resolved. There is nothing wrong with the 360 version to the point it should be avoided simply because of a day one patch. And it isn't like your losing game play or experiencing issues needing a patch since the game isn't out till next week.
Wow day one patch so much for AAA status!lmfao!
WOW PSN fanBoys are just as bad as xbox fanbys just completely delusional in the whole matter its nuts its like yall need shock therapy.
