Overall Duke Nukem: Critical Mass just isn't much fun and is not the kind of game fans have been waiting for or want. If you must have all things Duke or just can't wait another month for Forever then check it out but prepared to be disappointed. Hopefully the next parts of the trilogy, Chain Reaction and Proving Grounds, will greatly improve on things.
Duke Nukem: Critical Mass launched way back in 2011, and kicked-off a mini-series of classic Duke Nukem adventures.
GameDynamo - "With Duke Nukem Forever finally being released, you'd think that anything labeled with the age old, American muscle man would be forced to be solid gold in gaming form in order to compensate for his extended absence from the gaming world."
History, overview and opinion on each of the major Duke Nukem video games (and many of the minor ones).
Woah, I just had a massive nostalgia rush. I wonder what ever happened to my copy of Duke 3D?
Though I remember Land of the Babes being a lot better than what this guy said it was. For some reason, I don't remember it being in third-person though. o.O
kudos, very nicely written review.
