Super Mario released for iPhone (stolen from originals)

An Asian developer stole some sprites from many Super Mario games and released it on the App Store. The question is, how long will it remain online?

This is why the Iphone is not a gaming a device, no real buttons = fail especially with a mario game.

There are tons of clones out there, however using official sprites and trying to sell it in the app store, it will end badly for whoever put this out there.
