*combat is more fluid

*modes like tag and test your luck for VS

*A good story mode

*it has a spectator mode for online

*a huge load of unlockables

*gruesome finishers

so, what does MvC3 have again? Don't get me wrong, the fighting gameplay is great but it's lacking in other areas that Mk has covered.

It's a shame that Capcom almost trains us to skip their first release and wait a few months for the better version.

I was a huge SFII fan back in the day when Capcom would release souped-up version after souped-up version.

But it wasn't until we had to buy the RE5 Gold edition to have a Move-compatible version of the game that all of this FINALLY sunk in with me.

So now I find myself waiting for the upgraded version of Capcom games

So let me get this straight they didn't even release any other new characters for DLC, which I'll even download because I'll probably want all the characters even at $5 for each one and now they might announce an all new version? Super street fighter, okay a massive update/10 new characters which would be problematic balancing/2 ultra's each and relatively cheap, fine I'll give you that as a decent justification. I traded my regular SF4 for the upgrade. But MVC which hasn't even been out a year and already features multiple supers etc, I honestly don't think you could do a thing to justify that kind of bullshit.

This just in. Capcom doesn't really give a damn about the fans anymore. I like SSF4 and I'll most likely get the AE DLC. But after that I'm done with Capcom until they start being realistic. I have not and will never pay for those absurd costume packs. Just because you can press new discs to milk our wallets doesn't mean you have to every three months.. LP2 could have been awesome if they supported it this much.. but no they let it go by the wayside to work on MVC3 and MVC3 sucks.. the hell would I want a SUPER version of a game that sucks? That's like getting kicked in the nuts getting mad about it and then getting kicked in the nuts again because some one said the second time makes you feel better.

Depends how you look at it, I dont see it being valid though. We are missing a LOT of content for Marvel vs Capcom 3. This content includes the following...

Costume pack: 2 - 6 + the pack.
Shadow Battle: 4 - 9?

Now Street Fighter IV came out with the pack (going off the PS store)roughly 1 year after the full costume pack came out.
Even being conservative they would need to release all the content for 3 and THEN announce the thing which would put it in a late release area. With the rate its going I would say thats just not going to happen.

Also lets remember that traditionally MVC did not get updates where as Street Fighter did.
