Do any of you think it was odd, or "ridiculous", for Nintendo to insist that Super X Studios remove the content from the game as James said in the interview?

"Greg Hastings Paintball 2 was released on the Wii on September 28, 2010 with a MSRP of $39.99. The game also released on the Xbox 360 on September 28, 2010 with a MSRP of $39.99, and released just in June on the PS3 through the PlayStation Network, and is available for just $20 on the service.
The game was developed by Super X Studios, and published by Majesco. Greg Hastings Paintball 2 received an "Everyone 10+" rating from the ESRB with "Language, Violence" listed as content for gamers/parents to be aware of.

TGH: Greg Hasting's Paintball 2 Review

TGH writes: Everyone goes through a Paintball phase, right? When you’re in middle/high school and all the cool kids go to the local sketchy shack in the woods every Saturday? I’ve learned that, for some people that “phase” never ends. There are people who live and breathe paintball. Greg Hasting’s Paintball 2 is for them, maybe.
