Its UE3, thats why the textures look all rubbery.

Besides, its set in an alternate universe, and I like the art style. It doesn't look too real, but most UE3 video games don't anyways.

As a fighting game, balance and gameplay will matter the most.

I was expecting something more brutal coming from Kratos. The way Kratos ripped Helios head off in GOW3 seems more brutal than this.

The decapitation won't be in this game. They have the Unreal engine which sucks, I don't think it can handle it. But seriously, if you look closely, all fatalities look alike. The one from Kung Lao that slice the guy in two, and this one from kratos is pretty much the same. There are several that use the same "animation" but done in different way.

Totally agree. Seems like they started running out of ideas. Don't get me wrong, some fatalities are great but others look exactly the same, like how many "slice head, then arms and kick torso fatalities are there? Also I noticed that Tsuang Sungs fatality is about two or three years old, it used to be the Jokers fatality from MK vs. DC but it got banned in the U.S.
