Of course you do. If gamers didn’t pay attention to how sexy some of the characters were Playboy wouldn’t have featured them for several years in the magazine in the own nude pictorials, Lara Croft would not have gotten the extra boobage she was known for game after game, and characters like Kitana from Mortal Kombat, Kasumi from Dead or Alive, and Cammy from Street Fighter would actually wear battle appropriate outfits instead of the barely there pieces of cloth they currently are decked out in. Not that I’m complaining…
